Orders placed on Neg Mawon Store will be shipped and delivered within 30 to 45 days. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. at a cost of $10 USD. This fee is fixed regardless of the order size or weight.
Once your order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process to ensure all details are correct.
All orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We do not accept returns or cancellations once the purchase is confirmed.
You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is out for delivery.
You can do so by clicking on the Account icon on the bottom of the App Home page > select “Orders” > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”.
To get the invoice for your order(s), go to the “My Orders” section, tap on the respective order, and you will find an option to download the invoice in a PDF format.
Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.
Currently, we offer shipping only within the U.S and Canada.. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If your order does not arrive within the 30-45 days delivery window, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will investigate the delay and ensure your order reaches you.
